Installed this item. Didn't power on. Contacted Seller. Unresponsive for days, and when finally responded to my inquiry, rude and obnoxious. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this seller's products.We renovated the kid’s bathroom and added this as a surprise! All I can say it I’m jealous that they have this and my husband and I don’t have one! I’ll be ordering one for us soon.I have installed several of these SHARNDY towel warmers and can say the finish is second to none and they are super sturdy. They heat up quickly and hold the heat well even when turned off. Nothing beats a warm towel.Unevenly heated and takes closer to 2 hours for the couple bars that do heat to get up to a little passed warm. In the end it's a very expensive towel bar.
